What is iCloud - iCloud is an email service which works on IOS or MAC devices. It is highly secure and having a large number of features.

If you want to work with your iCloud then first you have to create an account on the iCloud with IOS or MAC device. It provides you with an Apple ID. When you will login in iCloud then you have to Apple ID and password then you can access all the facilities of the iCloud account. You can access with any device or computer with your Apple ID.

Why does the iCloud email account create an error?


If you are attaching a large file more than (25GB) to send it will create a problem. Every email service has a definite file size limit. If you will attach a large size file then it will create the problem.

Follow some steps if you want to receive an alert message when the mail is not sent by your iCloud email account

iCloud provides a feature if the email is not delivered it will be saved in your outbox field. The reason for the failure may be the problem in SMTP protocol.

1.         Open Mail and choose Mail -> Preferences.
2.         Click the Accounts tab.
3.         Select your iCloud email account.
4.         Click the Account information tab.
5.         Choose your email account from the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)menu. Choose edit SMTP Server list, you will not see your iCloud SMTP server as an option.

What is the problem if we can receive messages but can’t send them?



If you are facing such type problems then it may be possible that your Internet service provider might be blocking the protocol used to send an email (SMTP)across the network. So you should consult with your service provider and tell him all about the problems which you are facing. After that, your problems will be solved.
