How to login in Roadrunner email account?

Roadrunner is a webmail service provided by the Spectrum (Cable services) Company. Spectrum provides some other services like- cable television, Internet connection, and telephone etc. You can enjoy all these services if you are the customer of the Spectrum Company. You can login to the Roadrunner Email account.

If you are using mail service provided by the Spectrum, you can login in your account by using follow given below steps.

Step1. First, you have to visit on the official website of the Roadrunner mail service. You can use the link for a direct visit on the login page https://webmail.roadrunner.com/

1.         Open your web browser.

2.         Write roadrunner webmail in Google search bar.

3.         Browser shows a window shown in the given below picture.

4.         Now, click on the Roadrunner Webmail. Shown in the given red rectangular box. It is an official website.

Step2. After clicking in the Roadrunner Webmail, you will reach a new loginwindow of the Spectrum.

• It has two text boxes, one for Email address other for Password.         
• First, you have to write Enter your Email address in the email address text box.
• After that click on the Password box. Enter your password.
• Click on the Log In button available on the bottom of the web page.

Now, you log in successfully in your Roadrunner email account.

Note- If you want to remember your Email address in your Web browser, you have to check the checkbox (Remember Email Address). It will remember your email address for the again log in. You shouldn't write it again and again.

If you have forgotten your Email Address, you can follow it -

If you have forgotten your email address, you have to click on the Forgot yourEmail address? The link which is present below the checkbox remembers Email Address.

It will show you a new window same as given below.

 •          Now, you have to enter your Mobile number of 10 digits.

•           After that click on the Submit button.

•           It will send an OTP on your registered mobile number.

•           If you enter the OTP in the suitable text box, you can get a link by which you can recover your Email address.

If you have forgotten your password, you can follow it-

If you forgot your email password, you can follow the given below steps for recover your email password.

•           Click on the forgot your passwords link.

•           After clicking the link, you get a new window in which you get two new links-

         I know my email password and I want to change it.

         I don’t know my email password.

•           Click on the I don’t know my email password.

 •          Now, it will ask for your email address whose password you want to recover.

•           Now type the email address in given text box.

•           After that Type the text shown in the picture for verifying, you are a human being, not a robot.

•           Click on the Submit button.

•           Now, it will follow the same process used for Email recovery.

•           You have to enter your mobile number and verify yourself as an account holder.
